About Patonga
Patonga is the southernmost beach on the Central Coast. Patonga Beach is in a recessed bay, so the waters are usually calm. There are fabulous views across Brisk Bay to the mouth of the Hawkesbury River, Lion Island, Barrenjoey and West Head. The beach is relatively quiet, and good for swimming. Perfect for families.
Patonga Creek is tidal. There is a beach where the Creek meets the sea, which at low tide provides gentle, relatively shallow water.
There is a boat ramp, and a children's playground.
