Breeze is a contemporary beach house, built on two levels, overlooking Patonga Bay, Village and Creek. A restful retreat for 2-8 people.

Just about every room has fabulous views.

Both levels have extensive living areas, with long bi-fold doors opening up to allow the breezes flow through the house. Look out at the more than 180-degree panoramic views, beautiful all day.

Part of the relaxing experience is cooking on the BBQ, sitting at the table on the deck, surveying the scenery, feeling the refreshing breezes.

A short stroll down the hill brings you to the beach, village and creek: close enough to easily enjoy their features, but being able to enjoy being nestled into the bush and views over it all.

The house has three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds, and one with two sets of bunk beds.

Each level has a bathroom (with toilet). The upstairs bathroom has a shower, and downstairs, a bath. There is also an outdoor shower for washing off sand after visits to tbe beach.

For those times when heating or cooling is desired there are reverse-cycle air-conditioners on both levels.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities, including a dishwasher and microwave.

The laundry has a washer and dryer.

To help you feel at home, we have for your entertainment a television, video player, DVD player, and CD player.

We can not accept animal guests on the property and the house is non-smoking.

Vehicles can be parked in the double carport.

A perfect place to wind down, breathe in the fresh beach air, and enjoy time with family and friends.
