General conditions
- Bring your own linen, towels and paper goods.
- No pets are allowed.
- No smoking.
- This home is for personal use by occupants only. At no time are there to be more than 8 persons on the premises. No parties, weddings, functions, caterers.
- Any breakages must be paid for by the renter. (There is a bond of $1,000.)
- Full details, such as arrival and departure times, will be provided on reservation.
